Thursday, March 7, 2024 SPWA will have the water off on Hartley Hill Road from Ralph Road to Riffle Hollow Road between the hours of 8am and 4pm for system upgrades.  Customers may experience low pressure or no water and are advised to keep some containers of water to minimize the outage. Thank you for your patience.
