To stop service when you are moving or to shut off seasonal service, please call 1-800-356-4168. Be sure to notify us one (1) business day before you want your water service disconnected. Please have ready your account number, service address, requested shut off date, final billing address, and the last four digits of your social security number for verification.
If you need to make repairs to your service line or internal plumbing and need to have your water shut off please contact Customer Service at 1-800-356-4168. Be sure to notify us one (1) business day before repairs need to be made.
