Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Authority is located in Jefferson, Pennsylvania and supplies water to portions of Greene, Fayette and Washington Counties. The Water Treatment Plant is located on Tin Can Hollow Road in Rices Landing, with distribution centers located in Dry Tavern and Republic.

The business office of Southwestern PA Water Authority is located at 1442 Jefferson Road, Jefferson, PA. Our hours of operation are Monday thru Friday 8am to 4:30pm.  For after hour emergencies please contact our Water Plant at 724-592-7792.
